State of أغجاض±²¥ COMPS Orders and furlough requirements do NOT impact أغجاض±²¥
The State of أغجاض±²¥ is implementing two State Orders that do NOTجimpact the University of أغجاض±²¥ Boulder.
أغجاض±²¥ Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order
The أغجاض±²¥ Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order (currently and proposed ) overhauls wage and pay regulations, including overtime, meal and rest breaks, overtime exemption standards, and other related areas for many أغجاض±²¥ employers.ج However, these COMPS Orders do NOT impact أغجاض±²¥.ج There are NO changes to how أغجاض±²¥ manages overtime, meal or rest breaks.ج أغجاض±²¥ continues to follow the federal Fair Labor Standards Act for overtime requirements and eligibility.
Campus departments should NOT post any as أغجاض±²¥ is not impacted by these Orders.ج
